Smoked Salmon and Avocado Nori Wraps

Serves: 1
Prep time: 10 minutes


  • 2 x Nori seaweed sheets 
  • 4 oz smoked salmon 
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2, small cucumber, diced
  • ½ large carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage 
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds or ½ tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 
  • Fresh dill (for garnish, optional)


  • Lay one nori sheet on a clean surface. Arrange half of the smoked salmon, avocado slices, cucumber, carrot, and purple cabbage on the sheet.
  • Sprinkle half of the hemp seeds/sesame seeds over the ingredients and drizzle with half of the lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Roll the nori sheet tightly into a wrap and repeat the process with the second sheet.
  • Slice the wraps in half and optionally serve garnished with fresh dill.
